在应试教育的压力下,作业内容过于繁杂,虽然素质教育已经推行了十几年了,但是以“分数定成败”的教育局面还没有实现根本性的突破,因此一些数学教师在教学中,生怕学生因对知识点的理解不透彻而影响成绩,于是不断地增加学生的作业负担,甚至对学生进行题海训练,从而使学生的个性被淹没在繁杂、大量的作业之中;不仅如此在以往的教学过程中,我们采取的还多是单一的评价方法,这就势必会为教学目标的达成带来很大的阻碍。因此,在教学过程中,尤其是对学生的作业,教师更应采用多种方法进行评价,从而使学生获得更好的发展。
