实型真空铸造法,是在实型铸造的基础上,综合了实型铸造和真空密封造型技术的工艺特点而发展起来的一项新工艺。它既保留了实型铸造、真空密封造型技术的优点,又弥补了各自的不足,获得了良好的综合技术经济效果,为不同批量的中小型铸件的机械化生产开创了新的途径。本文总结了前阶段的试验研究工作和生产实践经验。简介了本法的基本工艺过程,试验所选用的主要设备和工艺装备,总结了有关模型、涂料、造型工艺、浇注工艺、工艺设计等方面的试验体会以及所选用的工艺参数。对于常见的铸造缺陷及其解决途径,真空负压作用对解决铸钢件的增碳、铸铁件的“绉皮”的效果以及本工艺对铸件的化学成分、金相组织、机械性能方面的影响等也作了初步的探讨。
