上面有人,兜里有钱,手中有枪,无人敢惹。说的是吉林省梅河口市黑恶势力团伙前几年在当地横行霸道时的情景。其头目田波号称在梅河口市没有他办不成的事,人称“黑市长”;他和手下一伙人被称作除党政五大班子之外的“第六大班子”。然而,在我们这个法制国度里,这只能是猖狂一时。法律的判决给这个无恶不作的团伙的最终覆灭画上了句号,而充当黑恶势力“保护伞”的10余名机关工作人员也已身陷囹圄,将受到法律的严惩。
