病例：男性，56岁，于1991年3周偶然发现人颈上部有一肿物，在我院外科I”l诊检查，肿物约4cm×5cm×3cm大小，行肿块穿刺，活检报告为转移癌。进一步检查鼻咽部，未发现明显病灶，转省人民医院耳鼻喉科检查，也未发现鼻咽部原发病灶。又转北京某大医院耳鼻喉科检查，亦未发现
