我队先后三次参加石门东山峰磷矿勘探。前两次在矿区南翼施工。系一般硬、脆、碎磷矿地层。去年转移至北翼大成湾矿区勘探,钻孔大多穿过溶洞、裂隙或岩溶裂隙群,因而孔内情况复杂,不仅施工难度大,同时亦给钻探技术提出了许多新的课题。由于及时总结施工经验教训,摸清岩溶规律,改革工艺,采用大、小口径分层钻进,取得了良好效果。在不足十个月的施工期内,完工钻孔46个,累计进尺19.861米。优质孔占81.3%,台效平均284米,单位成本38.19元/米,钻进效率和工程进度逐月提高。全队提前59天超额完成生产计划。现将该矿区岩溶地层钻探施工技术措施总结如下:
