本刊讯记者从日前召开的上海市政府新闻发布会上获悉,将于今年9月15日起实施的《上海市建筑节能项目专项扶持办法》中新增了针对绿色建筑示范项目的资金扶持政策。根据规定,获得二、三星级绿色建筑标识的示范项目,每平方米最高可获补贴60元,单个项目最高可获补贴600万元,保障性住房项目最高可获补
