一般资料:本院1979年12月至1983年12月之间,应用沈阳产XG—3型弯管宫腔镜检查(简称镜检)各种异常子宫出血患者430例,其中原因不明的月经过多243例,子宫不规则出血90例,经期延长79例,绝经后出血6例,带环后出血12例。年龄最大59岁,最小23岁,30～50岁者共881例。除1例未婚者外,其余均已婚者。方法:术前阴道准备同刮宫术。检查步骤请参阅作者1982年报道。检查一般选择在月经净后5～7天内进行,如果不规则阴道流血者可在血停
