听神经瘤患者前庭功能检查的资料很多,其中冷热试验的结果多表现为患侧反应减低,而对侧耳的检查则少见报告。作者对35例听神经瘤患者对侧耳进行了冷热试验检查,用多导眼震电图仪记录,冷热试验采用44℃与30℃水灌注外耳道深部,在30秒内灌注20ml。计算反应高潮期眼震频率,记在蝶形图上。结果:35例中患侧反应减弱者32例(91.4%),其中3例无反应。对侧耳反应正常者11例(31.4%);增强者12例(34.3%);减弱者9例(25.7%)。3例肿瘤侧反应正常,其中2例对侧反应也正常。另一例对侧反应增强,术中发现一大神经瘤压迫脑干。全组病例对侧耳反应增强者共13例(37.1%),术中均可见相当大的
There are many sources of vestibular function tests in patients with acoustic neuroma, in which the results of the hot and cold tests mostly show a reduction of the ipsilateral reaction while the reports of the contralateral ear are rarely reported.
