目的 :探讨鼻咽癌 (NPC)组织中主要热应激蛋白 (HSPs)和 p5 3表达水平及其临床意义。 方法 :用Westernblot方法检测 38例NPC组织和 17例鼻咽慢性炎症组织中HSPs和 p5 3的表达。 结果 :HSP 2 7和 p5 3在NPC组织中表达升高 ,与鼻咽炎症组织比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但在NPC的组织分型和临床分期之间 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。HSP 90和HSP 70在NPC组织和慢性炎症组织间差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :HSPs和 p5 3在NPC组织中存在一定程度的异常表达 ,提示其在NPC的发病机制中可能发挥一定作用
Objective: To investigate the expression of major heat stress proteins (HSPs) and p5 3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their clinical significance. Methods: Western blotting was used to detect the expression of HSPs and p5 3 in 38 cases of NPC and 17 cases of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation. Results: The expression of HSP27 and p53 in NPC tissues was significantly higher than that in nasopharyngeal inflammation tissues (P <0.05). However, between NPC tissue typing and clinical stage, There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). HSP90 and HSP70 had no significant difference between NPC and chronic inflammatory tissues (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of HSPs and p5 3 in NPC tissues suggest that they may play a role in the pathogenesis of NPC
