本文介绍了TPCS-1型钨棒炉程序控温系统的软、硬件设计及其特点。该控温系统的精度为±0.2%FS,且运行可靠,编程简单,容易操作。系统具有从开环控制过渡到闭环控制自动拟合的功能。有温度越限和故障报警及打印记录和大屏幕显示。当系统的测温部分发生故障时,系统能保持在故障发生前的控制参数上,保护炉子不致损坏,解决了高温烧结炉的计算机控制问题。另外,该系统不仅适用于高温钨棒炉,而且也适用于中频炉和中、小功率的炉温控制。
This article describes the TPCS-1 tungsten rod furnace temperature control system software and hardware design and its characteristics. The temperature control system accuracy of ± 0.2% FS, and reliable operation, programming is simple and easy to operate.
