水采矿井高压供水泵工作效能在泵自身特性已选定情况下 ,主要受限于供水管网特性和水枪生产能力。因为水采工作场所永远是移动的 ,在不采取任何调节控制措施的情况下 ,一段时间后高压泵的实际工况点往往偏离设计高效区 ,导致实际运转效率远远低于最高效率 ,或者因为实际压力、流量与需要偏差过大增加了开采单位煤量所需的高压泵运转时间 ,造成较大损失。为此文中提出了在生产过程中 ,通过改变和调节水枪喷嘴直径 ,以尽量纠正偏差 ,保证高压供水泵高效工作的思路和措施。
Working efficiency of high pressure water supply pump for water mining wells When the characteristics of the pump have been selected, it is mainly limited by the characteristics of water supply pipelines and the production capacity of water cannons. Because the water mining workplace is always mobile, the actual operating conditions of the high-pressure pump tend to deviate from the designed high-efficiency area after a period of time without any regulation and control measures, resulting in the actual operating efficiency being far below the maximum efficiency or because The actual pressure, flow and deviation of the need to increase the mining unit of coal required for high-pressure pump running time, resulting in greater losses. In this paper, the author puts forward the ideas and measures in the production process by changing and adjusting the nozzle diameter of the water gun to try to correct the deviation and ensure the high-pressure water supply pump work efficiently.
