目的 探讨血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疗效及护理措施.方法 对12例维持性血液透析合并重度皮肤瘙痒患者进行血液灌流联合血液透析,同时给与恰当的护理措施.结果 尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒症状明显减轻.结论 血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者疗效显著.
