自Baty和yogt首先描述儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)和非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)的骨骼线改变以来,文献报导其发病率为15~100%。鉴对本病无统一的治疗方案以致骨骼侵袭与预后之间相互关系至今仍有争论。本文资料重点阐明儿童AIL和NHL的骨骼侵袭与预后无关。资料和方法分析1976~1983年间按西柏林方案进行6年以上治疗的63例儿童ALL(56例)和NHL
Since Baty and Yogt first described skeletal line changes in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), the incidence of this disease has been reported in the literature to be 15-100%. There is no controversy about the relationship between skeletal invasion and prognosis without a unified treatment of this disease. The information in this paper highlights that bone invasion in children with AIL and NHL has nothing to do with prognosis.
