在经济社会飞速发展的趋势下,广播电视行业的新兴与发展也随着时代的脚步而成为了人们生活中必不可少的一部分。因此,为了迎合人们越来越精致的生活水平,培养出更加符合人们要求的德才兼备、综合素质全面发展的播音主持人才是当前广播电视行业发展中必须面对的问题重点。美国教育家罗茜·里奇教授曾就把“高能素质(即指人们内在综合素质的总和:包括了自信心、动力、努力、责任心、创造力、毅力、爱心、协作、常识、解决问题、专心等”的育人理念作为人才的培育理论。我们以此为原点,对如何培养加强播音主持人才的“高能素质”进行了分析研究。
