雷锋精神并不仅仅属于哪个特定的年代。退伍军人石矢,坚持27年收集有关雷锋文献资料一万多件,历经坎坷,创建了我国唯一一座私立“雷锋文献资料馆”,还附办了一所雷锋精神学校。迟浩田将军为该馆题写了馆名。石矢坚持“自费收藏,免费开放,无偿服务”的办馆方针,在传播雷锋精神的同时,也在实践着雷锋精神。
