用熔盐作为制备金属电沉积槽液的溶剂具有液态温度范围广和“电化学窗口”大等优异特点。熔点低于室温和在相当广的电位范围内不被分解的非质子型熔盐体系已相继出现,使像铝等不能自水熔液中阴极析出的金属能够实现电沉积。另一方面,熔盐体系的高液态温度不但可以自其中获取无内应力的金属镀层,而且还可靠电解条件的适当调节来实现扩散渗镀的过程。本文介绍上述熔盐体系电沉积技术的研究现状和应用前景。
Molten salt as the preparation of metal electrodeposition bath solvent has a wide range of liquid temperature and “electrochemical window” and other excellent features. Non-protonated molten salt systems, melting below room temperature and not decomposing over a wide range of potentials, have emerged to enable electrodeposition of metals such as aluminum that can not be precipitated from cathodes in aqueous melts. On the other hand, the high liquid temperature of the molten salt system can not only obtain the metal coating without internal stress, but also realize the process of diffusion and diffusion coating by proper adjustment of electrolysis conditions. This article introduces the research status and application prospect of the electrodeposition technology of molten salt system.
