目的:建立同时测定妇科调经片中芍药苷与阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent C18柱(4.6×250mm 5μm)甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(25:75)为流动相洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为多波长检测。结果:芍药苷与阿魏酸分别在0.0181μg~0.1810μg、0.0106μg~0.1060μg范围内线性关系良好,2种成分平均回收率均符合含量测定要求。结论:本法简单易行,结果准确可靠,可有效地用于妇科调经片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Fufang Tailing Tablet. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of an Agilent C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm 5μm) methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (25:75). The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was multi-wavelength. Results: Paeoniflorin and ferulic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.0181μg ~ 0.1810μg and 0.0106μg ~ 0.1060μg respectively. The average recoveries of two components were in accordance with the determination of content. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used effectively in the quality control of gynecological menstruation tablets.
