随着建筑施工企业经营规模的不断扩大,在建项目呈现出数量增多、地域分散、管理跨度大、技术难度高等特点。以我集团公司为例,2004年招揽工程任务突破百亿元大关,在建工程项目达二百三十多个,已经显露出捉襟见肘、力不从心的弊端。因此,对如何加强项目管理,强化施工技术?
