试验在沈阳进行,土壤为草甸土。采用4因素5水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究了当前生产上有代表性的甜高粱品种辽甜1号的种植密度、氮肥、磷肥和钾肥对生物产量和茎秆含糖锤度的影响,并通过模拟寻优,确定最优化措施方案。结果表明:4因子与生物产量和含糖锤度均存在显著的回归关系,对产量的影响效应为:N>密度>K>P,密度和N、P和K互作对产量的影响效应较大,对含糖锤度的影响效应为N>K>P>密度。4因子均在0水平时,即密度为75 000株/hm2,施N 150kg/hm2,施P2O5138kg/hm2,施K2O 60kg/hm2时为最佳栽培方案,最高生物产量可达112.70t/hm2,茎秆平均含糖锤度可达18.41%。
