Introduction Terror Lake Hydropower Project is located on the island of Cody Acre, about 480 km southwest of Anchorage in Anchorage. Its owner is the Alaska Power Authority and is run by the Kodiak Power Association (KEA). It was constructed between 1982 and 1984 and started generating electricity in December 1984 to reduce KEA’s total dependence
