呋喃西林溶液常用其1:5000浓度,含量测定有比色法:氧化还原法等,比色法误差较大,氧化还原法操作不够简便。我们应用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,简便、迅速、准确,现报告如下。 (一)主要仪器与药品 751G分光光度计、呋喃西林(沈阳红卫制药厂产)、生理盐水(自制)。 (二)方法与结果 1.呋喃西林紫外光谱:精确称取20mg呋喃西林,用容量瓶加生理盐水配成100ml,即200μg/ml标准液,取此液1ml,精确加入生理盐水19ml,混匀,即为10μg/ml标照液,用此液在200~400nm范围内测取吸收度,得呋喃西林紫外吸收光谱,其λmax375nm(图1)。

We use UV spectrophotometry determination of its content, simple, rapid and accurate, are as follows. Nitrofurazone ultraviolet spectroscopy: accurately weighed 20mg nitrofurazone, with a volumetric flask plus normal saline dubbed 100ml, that is, 200μg / ml standard solution, take this solution 1ml, accurately added 19ml of normal saline, mix, that is 10μg / ml standard solution, using this solution in the range of 200 ~ 400nm absorbance was measured to give nitrofurazone ultraviolet absorption spectrum, its λmax375nm (Figure 1).
