会计管理工作的重要性不言而喻,会计管理工作的水平决定了资金调动的合理性,很大程度上左右了企业的正常运转,是企业经济的命脉所在。会计管理工作涉及到很多方面,主要是对企业的资金活动实现有效的管理,尽量降低企业的生产成本,充分提高资金的利用率,使企业的利润达到最大化实现,从而保证企业的正常运转。本文中,作者结合工作实际就浅谈会计管理在企业中的发展及应用这一重要议题展开讨论,对会计管理工作进行分析,讨论会计管理工作的发展现状,总结已有成绩,并最终评判会计管理的价值实现。
