采用经纬仪观测位移和电阻应变片测量应力的方法,对K型模型井架的位移和应力进行了试验室测试;采用线性和几何非线性的计算机程序,对模型井架进行了有限元计算分析。测试和计算分析表明,井架承受垂直载荷时,除产生前倾变形外,还产生轻微的扭转变形。测试的位移值和应力值都比计算值大,说明目前的计算方法还不能反映由于制造和安装误差使井架产生的附加变形与应力,这种计算方法需进一步完善和改进。
The displacement and stress of the derrick of K-shaped model were tested by using the theodolite observation displacement and the strain gauges to measure the stress. The linear and geometric nonlinear computer programs were used to analyze the model derrick. Tests and calculations show that when the derrick is under vertical load, it produces slight torsional deformation besides forward deformation. The displacement and stress values of the test are larger than the calculated value, which means that the current calculation method still can not reflect the additional deformation and stress caused by the derrick caused by manufacturing and installation errors. This calculation method needs to be further improved and improved.
