班级文化是教师和学生所持有的共同信念,以及由信念支配着的行为方式和处世态度的总和。班级自治文化是班级文化的一种,它区别于其他班级文化的关键在于,师生共同持有并支配其行为态度的基本信念是:学生乐于自主管理,善于自主发展,能够在班级生活中充分发挥主体性并实现有效的自我超越与创新。建设班级自治文化的主要策略是,充分发挥和培养每一位学生的积极性、主动性和创造性,实现学生自我教育的最优化。具体讲,可以按照以下两个基本途径去实施。1运用灵活多样的自主管理机制

Class autonomous culture is a kind of class culture, which is different from other class cultures. The key lies in the common beliefs that teachers and students jointly hold and control their behavior attitude are: Students are willing to self-management, self-development, and full in class life Maintain the subjectivity and achieve effective self-transcendence and innovation. The main strategy of building class self-government culture is to give full play to and cultivate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of every student so as to realize the optimization of students' self-education.
