为了搞好首都的环境卫生,解决2吨/小时以下小型工业锅炉的烟气净化问题,我们在批林批孔运动的推动下,于一九七四年八月份进行了工厂调查研究。在此基础上设计了一个CLG型单筒旋风除尘器。在市运输公司十二场、冶金部第十一冶金建筑工程公司一公司的大力协助下,我们同工人们一起,在KZG 2-8型快装锅炉上安装了该除尘器,并进行了工业性试验及试验室试验。一、CLG型除尘器工作原理与设计 CLG型除尘器是利用含尘气流在旋风器内作旋转运动产生的离心力作用,将气流中的粉尘分离出来,从而达到净化气体的目的。其结构如图l,由倾斜进口1,外筒2
In order to improve the environmental sanitation of the capital and solve the problem of flue gas purification for small industrial boilers below 2 tons/hour, we conducted a factory survey in August 1974 under the impetus of the Lin Piaokong movement. On this basis, a CLG single-cylinder cyclone dust collector was designed.
