在各类疫苗中,接种后不良反应以白百破疫苗(PTD)最为多见,常见的有:低热、疲倦、头痛、精神差;接种局部红、肿、发热、发痒、疼痛、有的长期不吸收形成硬结,甚至形成脓肿。我院近三年来发生了2例局部脓肿,现报告如下。 例1:患儿,男,1 4/12岁,主因接种PTD8个月后,接种局部肿疼10天就诊。患儿3个月时,开始接种PTD基础针,前两针接种后无反应。此为第3针,常规消毒后,于臀部深层肌肉注射。注射后8个月开始出现局部红肿、疼痛、无发热,查体:局部肿胀、压痛明显,有波动感,考虑脓肿形成,切开脓肿引流脓液,并取脓汁
