[目的]了解暗娼人群行为干预与安全套社会营销相结合的干预效果,探索干预模式,为预防控制艾滋病提供科学依据。[方法]在暗娼人群中进行以行为干预和安全套社会营销相结合为主的综合干预,在干预前后通过统一的行为监测问卷调查,通过核心指标的对比分析进行效果评价。[结果]暗娼人群正确认识艾滋病预防知识和传播知识的比例由干预前的76.5%、7.7%分别提高到干预后的95.5%和57.4%;最近一次及最近一个月与客人使用安全套的比例由干预前的52.5%、38.3%分别提高到干预后的97.8%和81.3%;自愿做过艾滋病检测并知道结果的比例由干预前的26.8%提高到干预后的40.4%。[结论]暗娼人群行为干预与安全套社会营销取得非常显著的效果,该模式值得推广。
[Objective] To understand the intervened effects of behavioral intervention in female sex workers and social marketing of condom, explore the intervention model and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS. [Methods] A comprehensive intervention based on the combination of behavioral intervention and condom social marketing was conducted in the FSW population. The questionnaire was conducted through a unified behavioral monitoring questionnaire before and after the intervention, and the effectiveness evaluation was conducted through the comparative analysis of the core indicators. [Results] The percentage of FSWs correctly understanding HIV / AIDS knowledge and transmitting knowledge increased from 76.5% and 7.7% before intervention to 95.5% and 57.4% after intervention respectively. The proportion of condom use to guests in recent and recent months was increased by intervention The former 52.5% and 38.3% were increased to 97.8% and 81.3% respectively after intervention. The proportion of patients who voluntarily did AIDS test and knew the result increased from 26.8% before intervention to 40.4% after intervention. [Conclusion] The behavioral intervention of sex workers and social marketing of condoms have achieved very significant results, which is worthy of promotion.
