According to the compilation plan of National Architectural Standard Design Atlas of Ministry of Construction in 1996, China National Building Standard Design Institute made a unified revision of the thermal insulation and cold preservation atlas published before 1996. The revised Atlas of Pipeline and Equipment Insulation (98T90 1) and Pipes and Equipment Insulation (98T90 2) were published in May 2000.
