生态移民是人类生存发展中经常出现的现象,目的是缓解生态环境的压力和人类生存之间的矛盾。本文以塔里木河流域生态移民为例,分析了塔里木河移民过程中出现的问题,提出了防止生态移民中出现民族文化变异、重视文化的延续性等对策。
Ecological migration is a phenomenon often appearing in the survival and development of human beings. Its purpose is to alleviate the contradiction between the pressure of ecological environment and human existence. Taking the ecological migration in the Tarim River Basin as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the process of immigration in the Tarim River and puts forward some countermeasures such as preventing ethnic cultural variation in ecological migration and attaching importance to the continuity of culture.
