生殖细胞,尤其是雌雄配子所携带的遗传物质发生改变,将直接累及以后的世代,因此,以生殖细胞为材料的遗传毒理检测,比取材体细胞的检测可以得到更直接的细胞遗传学结果。雄性生殖细胞系的检测,除常规地分析精原、精母细胞的染色体外,还可以进行SC损伤分析及人精子染色体分析。用人精子染色体离体测试系统可检测出各种外源性理化因子对人精子柒色体的损伤,这是雄性生殖细胞系检测方法中的一个巨大进步。
