第三届全国机器人学术讨论会于1991年11月15日～17日在北京召开.会议由中国机械工程学会、中国电子学会、中国自动化学会、中国汽车工程学会、中国宇航学会联合筹办,中国机械工程学会主办,机电部自动化所承办.中国科协、机械电子部有关领导、5个学会的代表、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、中央电视台等首都新闻界记者和来自全国各地从事机器人研制、开发和应用的专家、学者和科技人员160多人参加了学术交流.
The Third National Robot Symposium was held in Beijing from November 15 to November 17, 1991. The meeting was jointly organized by China Mechanical Engineering Society, China Institute of Electronics, Chinese Association of Automation, China Society of Automotive Engineering and China Aerospace Society. China Machinery Institute of Engineering sponsored by the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Automation contractors.China Association for science and technology, the relevant leaders of the Department of Machinery and Electronics, representatives of five societies, “People’s Daily”, “Guangming Daily”, CCTV and other capital journalists and journalists from all over the country engaged in robotics More than 160 experts, scholars, scientists and technologists in development and application participated in the academic exchange.
