川沙县北蔡公社广大贫下中农和革命干部,在76年秋大搞治水改土、开沟排水的群众运动中,试制成一种蜂窝式混凝土暗管。根据排水性能观察和77年春百年少见的大雨考验,这种暗管的排水效果比八五砖暗沟、空心砖暗管、土垡暗沟好。一百多亩三麦田,经过大平整后埋下蜂窝式暗管,在播种迟,土质差的情况下,三麦亩产269斤,比全大队平均产量增5斤,20亩小麦亩产333斤,比全大队平均增产20.6％。
