研究了Cu:CaF2复合膜的红外光吸收与金属团簇结构之间的关系,结果表明Cu金属的表面等离子体共振吸收频率明显依赖Cu团族的大小。随着团簇尺寸的减小,共振吸收峰发生红移;吸收峰变宽。并且在吸收峰位附近表现出较大的第三级非线性系数,其光电反应速度小于150fs。
The relationship between the infrared absorption of the Cu: CaF2 composite film and the metal cluster structure was studied. The results show that the surface plasmon resonance absorption frequency of Cu metal obviously depends on the size of the Cu group. As the cluster size decreases, the resonance absorption peak shifts red and the absorption peak broadens. And in the vicinity of the absorption peak showed a larger third-order nonlinear coefficient, the photoelectric reaction rate is less than 150fs.
