一九七四年以来,我院收住了二十例中小量上消化道出血的患者,这些患者有些是在外院做消化道钡餐透视,有些是接受了治疗,病情稳定后在本院做消化道钡餐透视,有些是数年前曾做消化道钡餐透视均确诊为胃或十二指肠溃疡,我们试用了去甲基肾上腺素为主对这二十位患者进行了治疗,取得了初步疗效,现小结如下: 病例:胃溃疡出血者10例,十二指肠溃疡出血者10例,二十例均有黑便,便潜血++-+++,有黑便伴呕血者5例。
