近几年来,我们从学校的管理模式、劳动分配、人事制度、教学管理等方面进行改革,以改革促进发展,以发展带动改革,收到了明显成效。学校规模不断扩大,实力逐渐增强。1998年与1995年相比,在校生增长3倍,由1004人增长到4233人,固定资产增值近1倍,由1507万元增长到2762万元。
In recent years, we have carried out reforms in areas such as school management mode, labor distribution, personnel system, and teaching management so as to promote reform through reform and bring about effective results through development-led reform.
