1 病例介绍男,43岁。于1993年9月因热蒸汽烫伤全身多处8小时入院。既往无药物过敏史。检查:体温39.3℃,呼吸28次/分,脉搏128次/分,血压17/10kPa(128/75minHg)。诊断:烧伤总面积68％,Ⅱ度。入院后立即行抗休克治疗并平稳渡过。创面以10％SD-Ag混悬液外涂直至伤后28天创面基本愈合。每日静脉滴注先锋霉素V 4.0g和丁胺卡那霉素0.8g共6天,但体温仍39～40℃;第7～12天静脉滴注先锋必每日4.0g和丁
1 case description Male, 43 years old. In September 1993 due to hot steam burns body multiple 8-hour admission. Past history of drug allergy. Check: Body temperature 39.3 ℃, breathing 28 beats / min, pulse 128 beats / min, blood pressure 17 / 10kPa (128 / 75minHg). Diagnosis: The total area of burn 68%, Ⅱ degree. After admission, anti-shock treatment and smooth passage. The wounds were topically applied with 10% SD-Ag suspension until wound healing at 28 days. Daily intravenous infusion of cephalosporin V 4.0g and amikacin 0.8g a total of 6 days, but the body temperature is still 39 ~ 40 ℃; the first 7 to 12 days intravenous drip pioneer will 4.0g and Ding
