肾和肾盂小细胞癌是罕见的原发于肾脏的神经内分泌恶性肿瘤。我院近年收治 2例 ,报告如下。例 1 ,女 ,77岁。因镜下血尿入院。查体未见异常。Ｂ超和ＣＴ示左肾上盏扩张 ,肾盏内实性占位 2 .4ｃｍ× 1 .4ｃｍ。ＩＶＵ示左肾上盏充盈缺损。全身检查其他部位未见肿瘤。行左肾、输
Kidney and small cell renal cell carcinoma is a rare primary neuroendocrine neoplasm of the kidney. 2 cases admitted to our hospital in recent years, the report is as follows. Example 1, female, 77 years old. Because of microscopic hematuria hospitalization. Physical examination showed no abnormalities. B ultrasound and CT showed left renal upper dilatation, renal calyx solid occupy 2 .4cm × 1 .4cm. IVU showed left kidney filling defect. Other parts of the body check no tumor. Left kidney, lose
