随着我国市场经济的不断完善与发展,施工企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈,施工企业的财务管理工作是企业生存发展的重要手段之一,任何一个施工企业都不能脱离了财务管理,它是企业生存与发展的经济管理命脉,是企业发展全过程的核心与重点,是企业实现经营目标的着眼点。但是当前许多施工企业并不重视财务管理,也没有发挥其自身的优势,在财务管理方面存在很多漏洞,特别是在风险意识、制度建设、资金的使用及预算成本上还存在很多问题,对此,笔者想谈谈自己的看法。
