班级工作的成效,很大程度上取决于班主任与学生心灵的距离,怎样才能拉近教师与学生心灵的距离,这不仅是班主任应该思考的一个问题,也是一直困扰着许多教师的问题。学生是教育教学工作的主体,要教育好学生,教师必须能够宽容,要用倾听拉近与学生的距离,要从细小处赞美学生,用真情打动学生的心。真正的教育是心灵的对话。
The effectiveness of class work largely depends on the distance between the head teacher and students ’mind. How can we narrow the distance between teachers and students’ minds? This is not only a question that the head teacher should think, but also a problem that has plagued many teachers all the time. Students are the main body of the education and teaching work. To educate the students well, the teachers must be tolerant. They should listen and narrow their distance with the students.
