目的建立降糖通络颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,为科学地评价降糖通络颗粒的质量提供依据。方法样品测定采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采集230 nm特征吸收波长下的信号,记录10批样品的HPLC特征图谱;采用“中药色谱指纹图谱超信息特征数字化评价系统”对图谱进行分析。结果以丹酚酸B为参照物,10批样品所得特征图谱共标定18个共有峰,相似度均在0.93以上。方法的精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。结论本试验建立的方法克服了单含量测定时信息量有限的缺点,能较全面、真实地揭示中药材的内在质量特征,可为降糖通络颗粒的质量控制和评价提供依据。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Jiangtang Tongluo granules, which can provide a scientific basis for evaluating the quality of Jiangtangdhunluo granules. Methods Samples were analyzed by Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid water as mobile phase. The signals at 230 nm characteristic absorption wavelength were collected and 10 HPLC chromatogram of the sample; using the “Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint ultra-information characteristics of digital evaluation system” to analyze the map. Results Using salvianolic acid B as a reference, the eighteen common peaks of 10 batches of samples were scaled, and the similarities were all above 0.93. The method has good precision, stability and repeatability. Conclusion The method established in this study overcomes the shortcomings of limited amount of information in single content determination and reveals the intrinsic quality characteristics of Chinese herbal medicines more completely and truthfully. It can provide the basis for the quality control and evaluation of Jiangtangdailuo granules.
