我国的十八届三中全会提出要推进中国国家的治理体系以及能力逐步实现现代化,这一要求的提出为我国新的发展指明了方向。在此基础上改革农村的基层管理与治理,逐步实现现代化也将会推动我国治理事业的进一步发展。当前农村的基层治理工作还存在很多问题,急需建立一种新型的治理模式来解决这些问题。因此,本文首先阐述了农村基层互动治理的基本概念,其次分析了现阶段推行该理念将会面临的困境,同时也针对困境提出了解决的策略,以期我国国家治理事业能够得到全面的发展。
The proposal put forth by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in China to push forward the governance system and the progressive realization of our country’s capabilities has pointed out the direction for our country’s new development. On this basis, reforming grassroots management and governance in rural areas and gradually realizing modernization will also promote the further development of the governance in our country. At present, there are still many problems in grassroots governance in rural areas, so it is urgent to establish a new type of governance model to solve these problems. Therefore, this paper first elaborates the basic concept of rural grass-roots interaction governance and secondly analyzes the predicament that will be faced when implementing this concept at the present stage. At the same time, it puts forward a solution strategy for the predicament, with a view to achieving an all-round development of our country’s governance.
