对ZG06MnNb中添加不同含量的Nb元素,利用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机及扫描电镜研究了Nb元素含量对ZG06MnNb的显微组织、力学性能及断口形貌的影响。结果表明:Nb元素含量的差异化会使其显微组织、力学性能以及断口形貌出现较大的不同。Nb元素含量在0.02%~0.06%时,随着Nb元素含量的升高,显微组织中粗大的针状晶及魏氏组织逐渐消除,细小的粒状铁素体和珠光体逐渐增多,力学性能逐渐提高,且断口中的大面积平整断面逐渐消失,出现较小较深韧窝,冲击韧性明显改善。当Nb元素含量超过0.06%达到0.08%时,组织中细小的粒状铁素体和珠光体逐渐发生粗化,力学性能降低,同时断裂韧窝减少且变浅,韧性明显降低。
The influence of Nb content on the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology of ZG06MnNb was investigated by using optical microscope, tensile tester, impact tester and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the difference of Nb content makes the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture appearance appear quite different. With Nb content increasing from 0.02% to 0.06%, coarse acicular microstructure and Widman’s scale gradually disappear with the increase of Nb content, while fine granular ferrite and pearlite gradually increase. The mechanical properties Gradually increased, and the fracture in the large area of the flattened gradually disappear, appear smaller deep dimples, impact toughness improved significantly. When the content of Nb exceeds 0.06% and reaches 0.08%, the fine granular ferrite and pearlite in the microstructure are gradually roughened, the mechanical properties are reduced, the fracture dimples are reduced and lightened, and the toughness is obviously reduced.
