我们自1985年12月至1996年5月，对6例宫颈癌病例放疗前行卵巢外侧移位（LOT）术。6例患者年龄为28～41岁，平均34．2岁。4例在行宫颈癌根治术的同时行LOT，2例为盆腔根治性放疗前行LOT术。临床分期；IA期1例，IB期3例，ⅡB期2例。病理类型：宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌5例，宫颈腺癌1例
From December 1985 to May 1996, we performed lateral ovarian displacement (LOT) on 6 cases of cervical cancer before radiotherapy. Six patients were 28 to 41 years old with an average of 34.2 years old. Four cases underwent LOT while undergoing radical surgery for cervical cancer and two cases underwent LOT before pelvic radical radiotherapy. Clinical stage; IA in 1 case, IB in 3 cases, Ⅱ B in 2 cases. Pathological type: cervical squamous cell carcinoma in 5 cases, 1 case of cervical adenocarcinoma
