报导了采用刺激──响应法实验技术研究小方坯连铸中间罐内液体的混合与流动状态同中间维形状与结构的关系;用聚乙烯塑料粒子模拟钢中夹杂物上浮率同中间罐形状与结构的关系。实验结果表明:小方坯连铸中间罐内液体的流动为活塞流,混返流及死区组成的混合模式;对于三流以上的小方坯连铸中间罐,宜选用三角形结构,其内设置适当的流股控制系统后,液体的混合与流动得到改善,各水口区流股特性趋于一致;停留时间长,罐内温度分布均匀;夹杂上浮率>99.98%。
