在高等教育大众化进程中承担着为区域经济和社会发展培养人才重任的地方院校,应根据教育部颁发的课程要求和Krashen的“输入假设”理论,在大学英语教学中结合校情、地情和学情,综合教学对象、教材、课程设计、目标要求更各方面的情况,有效实施大学英语分级教学,全面提高英语教学水平。
In the course of the popularization of higher education, local colleges and universities that shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating talents for regional economic and social development should, in accordance with the curriculum requirements issued by the Ministry of Education and Krashen’s “Input Assumption” theory, integrate college intelligence in college English teaching, Geography and learning conditions, comprehensive teaching objects, teaching materials, curriculum design, objectives and requirements in all aspects of the situation, the effective implementation of college English teaching, improve the overall level of English teaching.
