随着我国经济和社会的飞速发展,化学工业也取得了突飞猛进的发展,化学工业作为社会工业中的重要组成部分,在国民生产中占有重要的地位。随着工业自动化程度的不断提高,对化工装置的安全可靠运行提出了更高的要求。为了保证化工装置的安全稳定运行,UPS电源具有稳压、控制浪涌、补偿电压和稳频等优点,从而使得它在化工装置中得到了广泛的应用。本文针对UPS在化工装置中常见的故障、相应的维护措施进行了简要的介绍,本文的研究具有一定的理论意义和现实指导意义。
With the rapid economic and social development in our country, the chemical industry has also made rapid development. As an important part of the social industry, the chemical industry occupies an important position in the national production. With the continuous improvement of industrial automation, higher requirements are put forward for the safe and reliable operation of chemical plants. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical plant, UPS power supply has the advantages of voltage regulation, surge control, voltage compensation and frequency stabilization, which makes it widely used in chemical plants. In this paper, a brief introduction is made to the UPS common faults in chemical plants and the corresponding maintenance measures. The research in this paper has some theoretical and practical significance.
