目的:通过宫腹腔镜联合手术的临床实践的案例分析,来探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术法在医学界的广泛推广价值。方法:回顾分析我院2014年11与至2016年12月本院妇科收治并采取宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗的不孕症患者120例,对宫腹腔镜联合手术的手术前观察、手术过程、以及术后跟踪调查进行研究。结果:120例患者中共计有65例患者成功受孕,患者术后妊娠率超过54.1%。结论:宫腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症效果显著,宫腹腔镜在不孕症的病因查明、诊断及治疗中具有重要临床应用意义。值得在全国范围内的不孕症治疗中广泛应用。
Objective: To explore the value of laparoscopic combined surgery in the medical field through the case analysis of clinical practice of laparoscopy combined with laparoscopy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of infertility admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital with gynecological laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was performed. Preoperative observation, surgical procedure, Postoperative follow-up investigation. Results: A total of 65 patients in 120 patients were successfully conceived, and the postoperative pregnancy rate was 54.1%. Conclusions: The hysteroscopic laparoscopic surgery combined with surgical diagnosis and treatment of infertility effect is significant, hysteroscopy in the etiology of infertility identification, diagnosis and treatment of important clinical significance. It is worth widely used in the treatment of infertility nationwide.
