We surveyed the discomfort symptoms of some 30 officers and men of a certain second artillery unit stationed in a totally closed tunnel in a missile position under the conditions of the war and tested the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas levels before and after the tunneling operation and observed the temperature before and after entering the tunnel. Humidity, air pressure, changes in O2 and CO2 concentrations. The results showed that: with the extension of the tunnel time, the number of symptoms increased, poor
