采用穿透性角膜移植联合小梁切除术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔、角膜瘘或术前合并青光眼的角膜病变３０例，其中联合白内障囊外摘除８例，联合人工晶体取出１例。术后视力提高２５例（８３．３％），２８眼眼压控制在小于２０ｍｍＨｇ（有效率９３．３％），２９眼角膜移植片保持透明（９６．７％）。穿透性角膜移植联合小梁切除术是治疗角膜溃疡穿孔、角膜瘘或术前合并青光眼的角膜病变的有效措施，可以减少术后并发症，增加角膜植片透明率，有效地改善视功能。
Penetrating keratoplasty and trabeculectomy were used to treat 30 cases of corneal ulcer perforation, corneal fistula or corneal disease with preoperative glaucoma. Among them, 8 cases were combined extracapsular cataract extraction and 1 case combined with intraocular lens implantation. Postoperative visual acuity was improved in 25 cases (83.3%), intraocular pressure in 28 eyes was controlled at less than 20 mmHg (effective rate 93.3%), and corneal graft remained clear (96.7%) in 29 eyes. Penetrating keratoplasty combined with trabeculectomy is an effective treatment of corneal ulcer perforation, corneal fistula or preoperative glaucoma combined with corneal lesions can reduce postoperative complications, increase the transparency of corneal graft, effectively improve visual function.
