桑科植物见血封喉Anttiaristoxicarla（Pres.）Lesch．的乳汁所制得的镖毒，用氯仿-甲醇提取，在生物活性指引下，经硅胶柱层析和高效液相层析等方法，分离到1个新的强心烯内酯化合物，命名为毒见血封喉昔A（toxicariosideA）。经红外、紫外、氢谱、碳谱测定，确定其结构为见血
The plants of the genaceae See bloodthroat Anttiaristoxicarla (Pres.) Lesch. The darticide produced in the milk was extracted with chloroform-methanol, and a new strong-endolactone compound was isolated by silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography under the guidance of biological activity. See poisonous throat A (toxicariosideA). The structure was determined by infrared, ultraviolet, hydrogen and carbon spectrometry.
